“The workshop tackled sexual harassment and bias in the workplace in a way that acknowledged the seriousness of the topic whilst still being highly engaging and fun – totally unexpected! It also made me appreciate the diversity of thought in my team as we came up with brilliant ideas for more respectful and inclusive workplaces.”

Can you provide examples of some of the activities inside that can promote participation?

The workshop begins with some visualizing and verbal exercises that helps employees get comfortable in their surroundings. The next few exercises help them to identify different types of biases, verbal and non-verbal harassments.

How long does a typical workshop or discussion last?

Can it be re-conducted or is it a one time thing?

Usually, The Ultimate Toolkit can be conducted for a group of 5-20 people and takes 4 hours. If you have more than 20 employees, you can conduct multiple workshops with the same toolkit.

We recommend 20 persons max for each workshop since the idea is to be able to provide each individual ample amount of time to discuss their findings/learnings/interact.

Does The Ultimate Toolkit ship internationally?

Yes! Send us an inquiry if you want a toolkit shipped to you outside of Hong Kong.

P.S: We have an online store coming soon!

Ofcourse! There is a manual included in the toolkit which is very easy to read and follow. Alternatively, you can also opt for our Train-the-trainer workshop and we’ll take you through the entire toolkit, step-by-step!

Will I or one of my employees be able to conduct the workshop?

What will be included? / What are the components of The Ultimate Toolkit?

The toolkit comes with 1 guidebook that tells you how to conduct the workshop - what you’ll need, how much time is required and how to carry out the various 12 exercises, step-by-step!
