Can you provide examples of some of the activities inside that can promote participation?
The workshop begins with some visualizing and verbal exercises that helps employees get comfortable in their surroundings. The next few exercises help them to identify different types of biases, verbal and non-verbal harassments.
How long does a typical workshop or discussion last?
Can it be re-conducted or is it a one time thing?
Usually, The Ultimate Toolkit can be conducted for a group of 5-20 people and takes 4 hours. If you have more than 20 employees, you can conduct multiple workshops with the same toolkit.
We recommend 20 persons max for each workshop since the idea is to be able to provide each individual ample amount of time to discuss their findings/learnings/interact.
Does The Ultimate Toolkit ship internationally?
Yes! Send us an inquiry if you want a toolkit shipped to you outside of Hong Kong.

Ofcourse! There is a manual included in the toolkit which is very easy to read and follow. Alternatively, you can also opt for our Train-the-trainer workshop and we’ll take you through the entire toolkit, step-by-step!

She has managed and led a variety of projects ranging from organizing global service design workshops to researching healthcare opportunities for chronic disease patients with Philips Design in China.
